Parameters
The file FSImp\FSImp.txt contains the current plugin parameters.
On startup, if the current file does not exist:
FSImp\Backup of FSImp.txt, if present, is copied into FSImp\FSImp.txt
otherwise FSImp\FSImp.txt is automatically created with default values
Adjustments may be made to the current parameters from within the plugin.
There are a number of dialogs.

From the Plugins menu select FSImp xxxx
From this menu select one of the parameter dialogs
Change some values as needed
Press the How To button to start/stop spoken help (co-pilot voice)
Press the OK button to apply changes and close the dialog
Press the Cancel to close the dialog
